You have the wonderful opportunity to qualify for the Hartpury South West Unaffiliated Championships at Allens Hill Competition Centre, whether you’re planning to compete in Dressage or Showjumping!
Dressage Championship Qualification
Qualifying period: 1st September 2026 – 30th April 2027
Qualification is awarded to the top 3 horse/rider combinations in each class achieving 65% or above.
Horse eligibility restrictions (based on BD points at the time of qualification)
- Introductory: Not to have more than 20 BD points at Prelim or above.
- Preliminary: Not to have more than 20 BD points at Novice or above.
- Novice: Not to have more than 20 BD points at Elementary or above.
Combinations may compete in a maximum of two Championship classes if qualified in more than one section.
2026 Championship winners are not eligible to compete in the same or a lower-level Championship class in 2027.
Entries close Thursday 13th May 2027.
Showjumping Championship Qualification
Qualifying period: 1st September 2026 – 30th April 2027
Qualification is awarded to the top 3 horse/rider combinations in each class, providing they jump clear in the first phase.
Restrictions:
- Full BS members are not eligible for Class 1
- Horses with more than 125 BS points are not eligible for Classes 2 or 3
- Ponies with more than 300 BS points are not eligible for Classes 2 or 3
- BS members in the Gold League are not eligible for any class
Combinations may compete in a maximum of two Championship classes if qualified in more than one height section.
2026 Championship winners are not eligible to compete in the same or a lower height Championship class in 2027.
